The Littleton Family: Where It All Began
Pride Plumbing was founded in 2015 by Michael and Emily Littleton, two people who were born here, grew up here, and chose to build their lives and their business right here in Southern California. This is not just where they work. It is home.
Michael discovered his calling in the trades at just 20 years old, when he learned he was going to become a father. Motivated by that responsibility, he set out to master his craft, training under some of the most respected plumbing companies in the region and building the kind of hands-on expertise that can only come from two decades of real work. Today, with over 20 years of experience, Michael brings an uncommon depth of knowledge to every job he touches.
Emily’s role in Pride Plumbing is equally foundational. As co-owner, she brings the organizational leadership and community vision that shapes how the company operates and grows. Together, Michael and Emily made a decision in 2015 that would define the next decade of their lives: to stop working for someone else’s dream and start building their own, one rooted in service, quality, and their hometown.
That decision became Pride Plumbing Services.

Aidan serves as a manager, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring every project meets the standard the family has built its name on. Kailee leads the company’s marketing and social media efforts, bringing the Pride Plumbing story to the community they love.
